Philippians 1:6
Being confident of this, that he who begun a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6 (NIV)
Jesus puts an idea in our hearts for a reason. Yet what does this mean when no matter how hard we try, it feels like the doors of opportunity are closing rather than opening? Perhaps God is helping you grow in patience and faith as you wait until He opens a different door in His perfect time.
Lord, help me to be patient and grateful knowing that when my life seems frustrating I am actually growing.
