James 2:25
In the same way, was not even Rahab the prostitute considered righteous for what she did when she gave lodging to the spies and sent them off in a different direction? James 2:25 (NIV)
God often uses flawed people for His most miraculous work. Rahab was an outcast, but through her faith she turned her life around and became a hero. Her strong belief in God led her to overcome the circumstances of her past and become a woman of influence.
Lord, when I feel lost or unworthy, let me look to examples like Rahab. Help me shine Your light.
